How Do I Get My Order?

As we are a small family-run farm, we don't have shipping or delivery options available on our products. There are a few ways you can pick up your orders.

Pick up at our farm in Grimsby

The best way to get your order is to come to the source! You're welcome to come to the farm to pick up your order whenever is convenient for you during the morning or afternoon. The steps for picking up your order in Grimsby are:

1. Choose "Pick Up Grimsby" for the shipping option when paying for your order
2. Send us an email after your order to let us know when you would like to come and pick up the order
3. Wait to receive a confirmation from us with our phone number, address, directions, and to make sure that we are home during that time

Special pick up or delivery options

If there are special circumstances for your pick please let us know BEFORE or DIRECTLY AFTER you place your order.

Special considerations include:

• Someone else is picking up your order
• You'd like to request a special delivery for an extra special occassion (charged based on distance from Grimsby)
• You're a family friend and you'll be getting your order through one of our family
