Our Signature Hot Sauces are a family-favourite, highly demanded gift, and best-seller. There's really nothing like them! We have two styles, a red sauce and a green sauce.
Green Signature Hot Sauce
Our green hot sauce is an aromatic blend of hot and tangy flavours made from a secret mix of apple cider vinegar, vegetables that have been pickled for 3 years, various spices, garlic, jalapeños, scotch bonnet peppers, and more! All ingredients blended together in a mix made over years of trial-and-error making this sauce for our family and friends. The jars aren't sealed and don't need to be refrigerated because the ingredients have been pickled for so long!
Red Signature Hot Sauce
Our red hot sauce is a delicious mix of crimson peppers, cayenne peppers, salt, and vinegar. This hot sauce is more traditional hot sauce that you can enjoy just like any Frank's, Tabasco, or Sriracha sauce. It is less tangy and spiced than our green sauce because it doesn't have the pickled vegetable mix, and instead you get the sweetness and smoothness of the peppers.
